Collection Law: Representing creditors in collecting on judgments including certifying judgments, garnishments/bank attachments, and judgment debtor examinations.:
Employment Law: Representing employers in matters such as preparing employment handbooks and advising on employee personnel issues.
Landlord/Tenant: Representing Landlords in preparing lease documents and filing of evictions.

Martina M. Dillon, Esq.
Martina was born and raised in Coal Grove, Ohio. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993 from Marshall University (Huntington, West Virginia) earning a B.A. in political science/pre-law with minors in history and finance.
She earned her J.D. in 1996 from Hamline University School of Law, located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In 1996, Martina re-located from St. Paul, Minnesota to the Dayton area and in November of that year was licensed by the State of Ohio to practice law. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
